All bookings require a $50 non-refundable, deposit to secure your date. This deposit covers any admin costs in the lead up to your day as well as any potential bookings I may have turned away for your date. Until the deposit is received, the date is still available for someone else to book.

By confirming and paying the deposit this means you have agreed to the Terms and condition listed on this page.

Cancellations up to 4 months out require a 50% payment, cancellations of 4 weeks out  require a %100 payment. If the date has been changed once deposit has been paid then this is treated as a new booking and a new deposit then has to be paid to secure the new date. Under some circumstances I may, at my discretion, transfer your deposit as a credit to another date within 12 months of your original date. 

*With cancellations/change of date due to extreme unforeseen circumstances such as a pandemic, the deposit is still non-refundable due to admin that has already occurred but can be transferred to another date or held in credit further out than the 12 month timeframe. This will, however, be at my discretion.  

As I travel to your location on the day. Services are to be rendered to one location, where a fee of $1 per km may be charged depending on your location.

Trials are to be paid via bank transfer at least 24 hours before the date and your deposit is separate to the trial payment.

The final invoice will be sent out a couple of weeks prior to your day and is to be paid via bank transfer at least 24 hours before your date.
